Toprak Razgatlioglu sets new lap record at World Superbike Superpole

The reigning champion impresses with a stunning lap time at Portimao.

Razgatlioglu’s remarkable lap time of .081 not only secured him the top spot among 22 competitors but also shattered the previous all-time lap record set by Jonathan Rea in 2022.

Challenging Razgatlioglu was rookie sensation Nicolo Bulega, who qualified second with an impressive lap time of .326 on his Aruba.it Racing – Ducati Panigale V4R. Bulega’s performance marked a significant achievement for the young rider, as he continues to make waves in the competitive world of Superbike racing. Completing the front row was Danilo Petrucci, who secured third place with a time of .483 on his Barni Spark Racing Ducati.
